The Face of Evil stars Superia and a cybernetic enhanced side kick that try to take down Skullion once and for all. After one of his creatures falls to Superia the unexpected happens as Skullion hacks into Superia’s sidekick and turns him against her. Superia weakened from the previous battle is no match for her former friend and suffers a humiliating defeat. Once word gets out that Superia has been captured, she is paid a visit from the one and only Synestra with her famous Superheroine destroying whip…

We would be able to respond to you MUCH quicker if you actually contact us through the contact page on our web site. Happens to me to. But I personally feel I’m too busy to deal with it or go around emailing people about it…when there are many other sites out there that take my money in a much easier fashion.
I get what you’re saying. I’ve often felt that way when dealing with super big companies that are one of many that sell a generic product that I can buy elsewhere. But don’t try to play up writing a 1 sentence email as a huge inconvenience. It really isn’t that bad. And you’re not dealing with the titans of industry here. Not to mention, this is a specialized product that does have some limitations on payment tools/resources due to the adult nature of it (many of the most reliable payment services aren’t available to this kind of content). It’s not just that. You send an email and must await further instructions in a reply. Never heard anything about “one email then you’re good to go”. Regardless that’s an irrelevant argument I don’t even need to make. There are PLENTY of smaller sites who don’t use this payment service that arbitrarily and pointlessly forces some of their buyers to even jump through even one extra hoop outside of the purchase page, much less several. As you can imagine, it is not our intent to make the purchase process difficult for anyone and I can assure you that we do not ‘arbitrarily’ or intentionally force people to jump through unnecessary hoops. HI HorseWithNoName, thanks. I do remember when you were having those download speed issues. We switched new releases to a different server and the issue seemed to have gone away. That was another tricky and frustrating situation because that particular server was exceptionally fast if you were on the US west coast or Asia but it was having a tough time with other spots… I am actually still in the process of phasing that one out BUT with new release on a different server I think you saw improvements in speed. Thanks again for your comments!

If, whenever the website excluded the credit card option, it offered an explanation and recommended emailing, you might not have to make so many customer service interventions here.

Alright, the “post capture” premise is a great way to take this genre. Lots of great humiliation angles you can take it, so much better than just killing off the heroine. Looking forward to it! 🙂 and I might just get something in the sale.
