Agent Tilly and Agent Sumiko are hiding in a safe house after a mission went wrong and everyone on their team was killed. As they sit playing cards, Tilly muses on how someone must have betrayed them, implying that it was Sumiko.

Sumiko pulls a gun on Tilly, backs her up and pulls the trigger. But Tilly anticipated this and emptied the magazine. Sumiko tries to pistol whip Tilly but she catches the gun. They fight over it, then drop it and Tilly kicks it away.

Sumiko throws a jab, followed by a front kick, but Tilly blocks both and counters with a straight right to her chin. Sumiko throws a fierce cross, but Tilly blocks it and hits Sumiko with one of her own. Tilly then administers a beatdown, culminating in a low blow, which drops Sumiko to her knees…

… but she grabs Tilly’s knees and they both tumble to the ground. Each tries to gain the advantage over the other grabbing arms, pulling hair and generally catballing. Sumiko pulls a knife and they fight over it, but Tilly is able to smash Sumiko’s hand on the floor and knock it out of reach.

Tilly manages to get on top of Sumiko and pummels her with a series of hooks and belly punches. Eventually, Sumiko blocks and is able to drive a series of punches into Tilly’s belly, but Tilly gets in another hook, stunning her.

Tilly gets behind Sumiko and administers a rear naked choke, sending her to sleep. Tilly checks her limp body and checks her eyes to make sure she’s out. But Sumiko was faking. She elbows Tilly in the ribs and the fight is back on!

Once again they’re catballing and trading hooks belly punches and now crotch punches. Eventually, Tilly hits Sumiko with a massive hook, leaving her stunned, and allowing Tilly to slip a garrotte around her neck, which she uses to slowly choke her out, then checks her eyes and limp body.

But Sumiko was faking again! She punches up and hits Tilly in the throat, allowing Sumiko to escape. They both get to their feet and face each other, now somewhat exhausted.

Tilly throws a jab, which Sumiko easily blocks and counters with a strike to her ribs, and slowing her down enough to allow Sumiko to deliver a beatdown. A massive uppercut drops Tilly to her knees, and Sumiko pushes her over with her foot, gets on top of her and sends her to sleep with a schoolgirl pin.

But now it’s Tilly’s turn to fake! She bites Sumiko’s leg, gets free, and they’re catballing again and trading belly punches and crotch punches, though Sumiko finally dominates by hitting Tilly with a series of massive, double-fisted belly punches.

With Tilly now barely able to defend herself, Sumiko grabs her the rope and slowly chokes her out, after which she checks her eyes and ragdolls her.

But Tilly’s faking here too, and now it’s her turn to punch the unsuspecting Sumiko and break free.

After a final catballing session, with both approaching exhaustion, Sumiko manages to get hold of the knife that was discarded earlier and drives it into Tilly’s chest, then checks Tilly’s eyes and body one last time.

Sumiko walks off the winner, with no one the wiser about her treachery.
