I purchased one of the movies that had a trailer. I received an email with a View Content link in it, but found myself on a web page wanting me to download an app to watch it. I don’t use phones or macs for viewing these movies. I like to use a PC with Windows and I couldn’t see how to do it. So, I sent off another email asking for help. Within an hour I had a response telling me how to view it on a PC. Considering this was a Sunday evening, that is good customer support 🙂
It was very wonderful to work with Tough fights project Studio, just give them the idea and they will amaze you with the result. I loved Jessica and Xenia’s performance and mastery of their roles. I was confident in their capabilities and ability to understand the script and implement it wonderfully. Their choice of places and film shooting angles was perfect, and I liked the additions to the scenes with their own touches. Of course, I will make another video with them

I just ordered one video from toughfights and one from malekilldom… the first uses Stripe, the second I used Gumroad. I got both downloads almost instantly, so if someone was having an issue getting their vid, might have been a glitch. The women are gorgeous and the choreography is great. Can’t believe I hadn’t heard of them before! Looking forward to that new Sleeper one.
It’s been almost 24 hours since I ordered my video. No response from the support email, either. I’m not sure what I paid for will ever arrive, but don’t order from this studio if you want to watch the video soon.
Hi, we all have days off besides work. If you haven’t heard back after 24 hours, you don’t have to get upset and write that we don’t give out videos quickly. We also have vacations besides work, most likely you wrote on the weekend. This is no reason to worry. It was not a custom video, no. Just a regular order. It was not the weekend, no. There was no email in spam, no.
I emailed you at the support email after 12 hours of waiting and only came here after an additional 12 hours. After 36 hours, a full 24 hours after I requested a refund, I finally got the video I ordered 2 days before.
I think most people expect to receive a download link pretty quick after they pay for a video, not 36 hours later after having to actively pursue it.
If you ordered a custom video, write your e-mail, you will get a report from the shooting (photos) on the same day. Write your e-mail here and I will check it (isn’t it a support?). You will not get 100 e-mails a day from any studio. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jackson and his team at ToughFights Projects, and I can tell you that there is no better studio in Ukraine to request a PG-13 custom. I’ve created over 1/2 a dozen customs with them, and they have a fantastic team of actresses and actors that can create the scene that you requested to the letter. The girl in the first video (red lingerie) and the girl in the last video (black bra) are gorgeous! Beautiful facial expressions whenever she’s getting punched/whenever her breasts are getting fondled. Definitely buying vids with her.
