Fussy people. This looks awesome, I love it when new concepts are tried out. It is why I find Lucia films is so good. And I love debooting! I think the price is probably the highest I would go, I wouldnt pay anymore and I feel its reasonable, but with production with Ryes films are definitely up there. Secondly as someone who understand the filmaking business, the people involved need to get paid.

I’d just like to point out the irony of the same discussions reoccuring pretty much every single time there is a release, since many a person has voiced complaints of the lack of originality and creativity of the producers. Also: ugh. (Too much originality is never good.)

Yes…someone post a review. I am definitely on the fence about this one. I keep watching the preview and really do love the kissing peril, but stuck between either waiting for a sale or just buying it now. We need a hero!

Cora avatar

I bought it mainly for the kissing peril as well. It’s there. She resists at first but eventually starts to give in after some beatings. I wish it were featured more but with how sparse this fetish seems to be in SHIP, I took the plunge and am somewhat satisfied. I’d wait for a sale, personally, but just my two cents. Xiphos plays a great Supergirl, however.

My review. The movie is good. I’m a huge fan of Xiphos and if you’re interested in this, I suspect you are, too. She always does a good job playing an innocent naive Supergirl and this is her best performance of that. The villain takes advantage of her naivete and commitment to a good cause to manipulate her and take advantage of her, which only works if she can pull off the attitude. There’s a real fine line between innocent/trusting and idiotic bimbo and Xiphos plays to the innocent side in this one very well. This is by far the… Read more »

The kissing was hot. The repeated and blatant comments about her age creeped me out although it was clear they made the character (barely) legal. IMO it would have been better if they continued the domination angle from the beginning instead of moving on to the rote checklist of beating that must be included in every film, but it was still a solid purchase.

It’s good! There’s more setup than most videos in this genre, and I thought it worked quite well. Xiphos does a fantastic job of playing the innocent superheroine. The beatdown scene was good too: a solid amount of action without being repetitive or too long. I’d say the same for the sim sex scenes: very sensual/well positioned and just the right amount of time. To be frank, I think this is the best pacing of any of Rye’s videos. I quite enjoyed the upskirt/panty shots, although I wish the camera had lingered a bit longer for those. So, overall, I… Read more »

Hardcore, softcore… Personally I like both in a different way. For me, the most important thing in this type of movies is the costume and the action. My favorites productions are japanese productions from Zen Picture and GIGA. I like Rye, TBFE, etc… because of the action scenes. The fights are even better than GIGA’s sometimes. But I prefer GIGA because of the dynamism of the camera and the depth of the storyline. I know you will say who care of the story or scenario in a SHIP movie? Well, I care. I agree with you GIGA FAN, I like both hardcore and softcore as well. I prefer the softcore in a lot of ways because the acting, the story, the peril in softcore films seems like more of a priority in softcore films, while I do enjoy the superheroine getting sexually dominated in hardcore films. I am definitely with you in that story is very important in SHP films.

People aren’t angry because you dislike their favorite company.
People are angry because your lack of empathy manifests as blunt dismissal that even once is condescending and rude, and repeated becomes toxic.

Your economic argument isn’t just a joke, it’s an insult to adult performers, who by your standard have no value unless they get penetrated. Your lack of empathy puts you in an ugly place. Find a way to decent human behavior. You might think your bluntness is your strength, but unmitigated it’s an all-consuming weakness.

I think it rubs people the wrong way because softcore and hardcore feel like different genres, too. People would be similarly annoyed if someone showed up in a record store day after day after day and dumped all of the latest country albums on the counter and criticized them for not being heavy metal enough. At some point you kind of have to show that person where the heavy metal section is and ask that they kindly stop commenting on the country albums since it’s obviously not their thing. It would be like the XFL charging higher prices for tickets than the NFL. That’s not how it works. Models typically charge smaller fees for softcore movies than hardcore movies. I’m taking a look at RYE’s horrible prices. Public Disgrace Aftermath is $44.95 for 39 minutes. Barehanded is 19 minutes for $39.95. What!? Barehanded is almost $2 per minute. That’s a rip off. Price is a really tricky thing. Generally speaking in such a niche industry with so few producers the price should actually be higher. I have always felt that prices starting around $50 (regardless of running time) are fair in such a limited and specialty market. This is a high risk business for producers of this content both socially and financially, they deserve to be well paid. The largest factor on price ‘should be’ demand. I like how the sperg is so OCD that when he logs in through other IPs to slowly brigade his votes to match the likes/dislikes that are counter to his position, he matches it to the same number and no more. 9 dislikes on his comment? Give it a day or two, there will be 9 likes. 4 likes on a comment against him? In a couple days there will be 4 dislikes. It’s sad that he has so little to do in his life that this is what he’s reduced to, but it’s also kinda funny.
